Class Consolidation

At Super Aqua Swim School, we specialize in small group lessons. In order to maintain the optimal learning environment, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule classes that do not meet the minimum of two students.

Swim Diaper

All children under the age of three must wear a fitted, reusable swim diaper while swimming. These are available for purchase in our store. Plastic training pants, disposable swim diapers or regular diapers are NOT allowed.

Teacher Request

While we will take all teacher requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee them due to circumstances beyond our control. We also may need to make instructor changes due to business considerations. It is our aim and goal to provide the best possible swimming experience for all of our students.

Make up

If you are going to miss class, you will have to book your child's absence at least 4 hours in advance, through portal, or by phone/email. After your child has skipped class, they will receive a “make up lesson” credited to their account. You will be able to schedule a make-up lesson in any class with available spots, and at the same level as your child. Make-up classes cannot be transferred to another student, or used as credit, and they expire after 90 days, or after your enrollment is canceled.

Withdraw

The requests to withdraw must be placed in writing by the 1st day of your final month of classes. Verbal requests over the phone or in-person will not be honored. No refunds will be honored after billing has taken place. No requests will be accepted after the 5th of the month.

Waiver

Any participant who plans to enter the pool area must first submit a signed Super Aqua Swim School Waiver and Policies form available on our parent portal at www.superaquaswim.com.

Refunds

Due to operational costs, we can not offer refunds, credits, or transfers at Super Aqua Swim School.

Payment

You will pay a prorated amount for the lessons for the month you begin, and then you will be put on our automatic billing for the following month and all future months. Your first payment at sign-up will also include an annual registration fee. (The registration fee is $30.00 per child or $60.00 per family). You can pay by an automatic debit from a checking/savings account or an automatic debit from a credit/debit card. All payments will be debited/credited on the first of the month.

Weather closing

If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, we will contact you via email. If you have not heard from us, it is because classes will be happening on a normal basis.

Arrival procedure and parent supervision

Please ensure that your student(s) arrive 5 minutes prior (no earlier please) to the designated start time and location of their lesson. For your convenience and everyone’s safety, we ask adults to watch from the designated viewing area. We do not allow parents or guardians on the deck during lessons, as it must remain clear at all times. After the deck supervisor has checked in your child, head to the viewing area, get comfortable, and relax! We do ask you to remain in this area for the duration of the lesson. Our staff will not escort children to the restroom.

Photograph policy

Super Aqua Swim School asks that parents and spectators are respectful to other families when photographing and videoing at our facility. Please be mindful of only capturing your own child and consider what may be recorded.
