At Super Aqua Swim School, we specialize in small group instruction. To maintain an optimal learning environment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes that do not meet the minimum requirement of two students.
All children under the age of three (or not yet potty trained) MUST wear a snug-fitting, reusable swim diaper while in the pool. These are available for purchase at our pro-shop. Important: Plastic training pants, disposable swim diapers alone, or regular diapers are NOT permitted.
While we strive to accommodate teacher preferences, we cannot guarantee specific instructors due to circumstances beyond our control or business needs. Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality swim instruction for every student, regardless of the teacher.
We understand life happens! To qualify for a Make-up Lesson, absences must be reported at least 4 hours in advance via the Parent Portal, phone, or email.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by the 1st day of your final month of classes.
Any participant entering the pool area for the first time must have a current Super Aqua Swim School Policy & Liability Waiver on file, signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Due to operational costs and scheduling commitments, we do not offer refunds for payments made to Super Aqua Swim School.
Tuition is prorated for the first month upon enrollment. Starting the following month, tuition is billed via automatic payment (Auto-Pay) for the upcoming month.
In the event of a class cancellation due to severe weather (e.g., lightning/storms), we will notify you via email. If you do not hear from us, classes are running as scheduled.
For everyone’s safety and hygiene, we ask that parents and guardians observe classes from our designated Waiting Room. Parents are not permitted on the pool deck during lessons. After a Pool Deck Assistant checks your child in, please head to the Waiting Room, get comfortable, and relax! We ask that you remain on the premises during the lesson.
Super Aqua Swim School kindly asks parents to respect the privacy of other families. When taking photos or videos, please focus only on your own child. Be mindful of the background and what is being recorded.

At this level we work with confidence and submersions. Before working with forward movement and float, it is very important that students learn to submerge comfortably.
Baby Fish II: (2 years to 4 years old)
2 students to 1 instructor
The student who is afraid of submerging will find it difficult to learn the more advanced swim skills. While it is possible to swim and control movement in the water without completely submerging the face, the student will have a healthier and safer aquatic experience if they are not afraid of submersion.
Prerequisites: No previous swimming lessons or aquatic experience required. Comfortable in the water without parents. Ratio of 2 students to 1 instructor.

The benchmark for this level is mastering body position and air recovery. Students learn to return to the surface, roll over, and float on their back for at least five seconds.
Super Starfish: (4 years old and up)
4 students to 1 instructor
At this level, we work on body position and air recovery. The benchmark for this level is a lifesaving skill that teaches a student who falls into the water to return to the surface, roll over, and regain air for at least five seconds. In those five seconds, the student could cry or scream for help, get someone’s attention, and stay on the surface long enough to potentially be rescued.
Prerequisites: Requires previous swimming experience. Ratio of 4 students to 1 instructor.

Super Turtle focuses on helping children become more independent and confident in the water while continuing to reinforce essential water safety skills.
Super Turtle: (4 years old and up)
3 students to 1 instructor
At this level, we work with confidence and submersion. Before working on forward movement or floating, it is important to teach comfort when submerging in water. A student who is afraid of submersion will struggle with more advanced skills. While it is possible to “swim” and control movement in the water without fully submerging the face, the student will have a healthier, safer and more active aquatic experience without fear of submerging.
Prerequisites: No previous swimming experience is required. Ratio of 3 students to 1 instructor.
